The validity period of the replacement service shall be calculated from 0:00 on the date specified in the service agreement of autel robotics, and the validity period shall be 12 months. During the validity period, if autel robotics products are damaged due to operational errors or accidents, you can use the replacement service after paying a certain service fee.

2.2 replacement service scope

1. The replacement service can only be used in the country or region selected when purchasing autel robotics.

2.3 guarantee times

For the service with the limit of guarantee times, one guarantee time will be deducted after use. After the service is completed, the machine will automatically bind the autel robotics of the original product and follow the warranty period of the original product. You can query the remaining guarantee times through the service support (freewheeling) query page of the official website of autel robotics.

2.4 scenarios not covered by replacement service guarantee

All services do not cover the following losses, costs and liabilities:

(1) The date of replacement application exceeds the validity period of replacement service;

(2) Product parts beyond the scope of part replacement guarantee;

(3) Product damage caused by non autel robotics products or the simultaneous use of non autel robotics certified third-party parts, software, etc;

(4) Partial or total loss of replacement parts within the scope of product guarantee;

(5) Replacement parts within the scope of product guarantee are stolen, robbed and discarded;

(6) Damage caused by flight under airworthiness conditions;

(7) Product damage caused by intentional acts;

(8) Product damage caused by natural disasters, wars, military actions, riots, coups, counter terrorist activities, etc;

(9) Additional parts required to improve and improve product technical standards and service performance;

(10) Product damage caused by personal modification without following the official instructions of autel Robotics

Replacement service fee

1. Replacement fees: replacement fees shall be paid for using replacement services.

2. Logistics and other expenses:

1) The replacement service can only be used in the country or region corresponding to the version selected by autel robotics when purchasing autofly (hereinafter referred to as "service area"), and the round-trip and two-way logistics costs incurred in the service area shall be borne by autel robotics.

2) If you use the replacement service in the non service area, the round-trip and two-way logistics expenses incurred in the service area shall be borne by autel robotics, and the postage, taxes and other expenses not agreed in this service agreement incurred in the cross region shall be borne by you. If the above conditions are not met, autel robotics has the right to refuse to provide replacement services.

3) Please do not send back any parts or products other than those covered by the terms of service, including remote control, battery pack, separately purchased battery, other autel robotics accessories or third-party accessories. The related expenses incurred by sending back the above parts shall be borne by you.

Privacy policy

1. Before applying for replacement service, please go to the after-sales policy page of autel robotics to carefully read the privacy policy of autel robotics. Once you apply for the replacement service, it means that you have read, agreed and complied with the privacy policy, and authorized to provide your name, email, address, telephone number, fax number and ID card number (if applicable) to autel robotics so that autel robotics can contact you, confirm your identity and provide the replacement service.

2. Please back up your personal data before sending the product. If you apply to use the replacement service, it is deemed that you agree with autel robotics to delete all data information automatically recorded in the returned products.

3. If you apply for replacement service, please do not send back the SD card. Autel robotics will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the information in the memory card due to the return of the above components.

Description of third party liability insurance

The UAV third party liability insurance (hereinafter referred to as "the third party insurance") insured by Shenzhen daotong intelligent Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the applicant") is remote control model personal liability insurance or aviation UAV third party liability insurance, which is underwritten by Shenzhen Branch of Ping An Property Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the insurer").

Different products have different insurers. This insurance is non replaceable. Please refer to the Service Agreement received by the mailbox after the successful purchase of autel robotics. This insurance cannot be purchased separately. You need to correctly fill in your ID card information when autel robotics is bound with the product, and then autel robotics will insure it for you. The validity period is the same as that of the autel robotics service plan, which is 12 months from the effective date of the service plan.

Third party insurance coverage

During the effective period of the insurance interest, the insured shall bear the economic compensation liability for the personal injury or property loss caused to the third party (excluding the UAV operator) by the UAV or any object falling from the UAV during the process of using and controlling the autel robotics UAV, and the economic compensation liability shall be borne by the insured according to the laws of the people's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), The insurer shall be responsible for compensation as agreed in this insurance contract.

Third party insurance liability limit and deductible

Consumer UAV third party insurance, with an insured amount of 50000 yuan, a deductible of 500 yuan or 5% of the loss amount, whichever is the highest, and no deductible for personal injury.

Instructions for third party insurance

3. The process of operating UAV shall comply with the laws and regulations of the people's Republic of China on model flight and local regulations. The insurer shall not be liable for any loss, expense or liability caused by the operation not in accordance with the operating procedures or illegal operation.

4. The third party liability insurance only covers the property loss and personal injury of the third party. The third party does not include the applicant, the insured, the insurer, the UAV operator and the family members of the above-mentioned personnel.
